The room has a queen size bed, built-in mirror robe, ceiling fan, air-conditioning, a door lock and your own private bathroom. There is parking onsite although this is sometimes full so street parking is available.
The living area is open plan and there is a private courtyard.
The location is on a no through road and is patrolled by security, its walking distance to Hope Island boardwalk marina and Sanctuary Cove. There is also a bus stop within walking distance. The complex has a lovely pool spa, gym, sauna and BBQ areas. There is also a common room/entertaining area with full kitchen which can be booked out with 24 hours notice, as well as 24 hour security.
Applicants will be required to provide proof of income and References both written and verbal. The successful applicant needs to be someone who appreciates and knows how to care for a nice home and is neat and tidy.
No pets and No smokers please.
