3 year old Townhouse I own still like new and PRIME Location, 8min walk to train station and woolworths and 20min walk to the water!, You will get a shared complex park directly next to townhouse but is empty most of the time you can park otherwise there is street parking also has carwash bay with water and power access, access to CCTV for packages/deliveries and a fingerprint login for front door. Under stair storage to yourself also included. You will have access to a shared TV with a 120hz port for gaming consoles that you can use and lounge downstairs with netflix, binge, disney, prime, I mostly keep to myself in my room unless cooking or making coffee. You will have air conditioned room and own personal bathroom with a bath tub and shower, Fast FTTP and 12-15 ping on australian servers. Internet speed is 1000 Mbps down and 50 Mbps upload and a ethernet point in room along with own private wifi 6 access point which is extremely fast and you can download a movie in 2-5 minutes and a 100gb game in 5-15min. You will get 2 shelves in main fridge and 2 shelves in bar fridge in garage, Chest freezer in garage shared but mostly yours, 4 tier exposed pantry beside fridge and cupboard above microwave. Also access to a study noc area above staircase if you want to use it. Bedroom will come unfurnished also couples are $450 per week. For myself I regulary have my girlfriend over, she lives on the GC as she studies. Also from time to time my father or mother will stay in 3rd room every now and then for a night or two.
