About this room

The house is spacious with a big backyard. It is a five-minute walk to the river and ferry terminal. It has two portable air con units, gas stove, and huge amount of storage space under the house.

There are two rooms available:

Large room – $300PW + bills
Small room – $200 PW + bills

I have a spare double mattress, which can go in one of the rooms or can be sold if it’s not needed. There is no other furniture for the spare rooms.

I am planning on connecting the internet but this has not yet been done so I cannot provide any details as yet.

I’d prefer to live with people who are vegetarian or vegan. They must like dogs and I am open to someone with their own dog/s. I’d like to live with people who would like to be sociable sometimes and maybe get together for a meal occasionally, but this is not essential.

Important: I am currently on holiday in Victoria and will be checking this site only occasionally. I am not available to meet people until I return on the 15 March, but will be keen to choose people ASAP after that. Feel free to message me now with a view to coming over to meet and see the place when I return.
