3 bed 1 bath house, with a couple different living spaces (one has a city view). Internal laundry, shed under the house where you can store a few things. Nice garden areas front and back. It’s a nice sunny post-war timber house within walking distance to Norman Park train station.

There will be a spare room which you can have as a WFH space solely for you if you pay a bit more rent otherwise we can share the use of it.

Good bushwalking spots nearby if you’re into that type of thing.

There is furnishing available if you need it. The room is setup as an office atm but the desk etc will be moved out so it can be a bedroom 😊
