About this room

Our lovely housemate will be moving inter-state so we are now looking for another awesome human to share our space with. We have one decent-sized room in a fully furnished two-bedroom unit. The room has a built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan and is available to rent from 3rd May 2023. It’ll also come with a comfy mattress and a double bed so just bring your linen for a sweet night of sleep. We also have a desk and chair but if you like to bring your own that is ok too. You will also have a bathroom and toilet all to yourself 🚿🛀🚽.

Location, Location Location:

Tucked away in a quiet street, just 3.5 km (7 mins drive) from the heart of Griffith Uni Nathan Campus, you can wake up at 7:30 am and still make it to your 8 am lectures. Don’t have a car? that’ll never be a problem. Just walk literally 1 minute to catch the 135/155 city bus which will take you to the campus in 10 mins. Walk for 13 mins and you can catch 120/125 to City or Westfield Garden City Shopping Centre. We are also only 2 km (or 5 mins drive) from the hustle and bustle of Sunnybank where you’ll be spoilt with choices of amazing Asian restaurants. Banoon Station is only 7 mins walk from where you can catch a train and reach the city in about 30 mins.
