Hiya! My flat is nice and spacious, and in an amazing location! It has full unobstructed city views from Southbank right down to the Valley. The apartment block is riverside with the flat being river-facing. It share the same street as the Kangaroo Point Cliff Walk, lookouts, parks, and cafés. It is close to major public transports, Woolloongabba Bus Station is only a 5 minute walk away as well as having many bus stops close by flat. It is also only 2 bus stops away from Southbank Train station. Griffith Southbank and QUT Gardens Point are within walking distance, UQ St. Lucia is only a short bus ride away. Southbank is only a 10 minute walk, City is a 10 minute bus ride or 20 min walk, and the Gabba is only three blocks away!

The flat itself if nice and spacious with plenty of room for everyone’s things. It’s very clean with an updates kitchen and bathroom and tonnes of storage. The spare room that I am looking for a flatmate for has an entire wall of floor to ceiling wardrobe, a private balcony, and is very spacious. The only bill not included in rent is electricity which is every quarter, water and internet are all included in the rent. The bond is $1380 which included $920 bond + $460 two weeks advanced rent. You’ll start paying rent the week you move is and is due each week on a Thursday.
