Looking for 2 Professional Ladies aged 30-50’s to share house with in my 4-bedroom/2-Bathroom home in Wynnum West.

I have two rooms available furnished, and additional unfurnished empty room that could be utilised for Children’s Visits or if it is preferable to have own unfurnished room, I am open to ideas. This could be short- or long-term arrangements.

I am looking to spend more time away travelling on weekends in my caravan or fishing in my boat locally. Open to taking travel company for someone who also enjoys this type of adventure. I enjoy cooking and good conversation; I am well-travelled and university educated. I am a hard-working ex-Tradie Plumber, like my projects and shed work. Happy to assist on fix it for the house guests. It could be you have an investment property you wish to keep and maintain. Or the car needs a little work or a clean. I now work in a professional capacity in office environments.

Fantastic Outdoors entertainment area. Full Kitchen and BBQ undercover, Large TV, fully airconditioned rooms. Own refrigerator/ Own Pantry. Happy for guests to entertain family and friends at home.

Rooms are fully furnished or could be unfurnished potentially. Have study area for Guests, I have my own in my own space.
5 mins walk to City bus.
Includes all bills, internet, and Netflix.
I have one household dog who is very friendly and enjoys her adventures.
