THE PROPERTY
Two rooms upstairs are offered with a shared bathroom and separate toilet. Both rooms are fitted with overhead fans and aircons. They are 3.5 x 3m and 3 x 2.7m. The larger room is priced at $280 p.w. and the smaller room is priced at $260 p.w.

The bedrooms are not furnished but the downstairs common area will be furnished. The kitchen has stone benchtops and an electric oven. The furnishings in the pictures will NOT be included, they are from a previous owner.
