The rooms each have natural light, a ceiling fan, desk and office chair, comfy chair, bed and linen, wardrobe, mirror and a set of drawers.
Quiet, perfect for study. Rent includes all utilities and WiFi.

ABOUT YOU – We are looking for two respectful, tidy, friendly, non-smoking international women wanting a pleasant, clean, tidy, safe and friendly place to call home, who are happy to connect with housemates and who can move in on the available dates. Student or working holiday visa travellers very welcome and preferred, mid 20’s/early 30’s. Critical – must clean up after yourself promptly and maintain a clean and tidy home for household harmony. This not negotiable.
THE SHAREHOUSE – 3 bedrooms & three or four housemates in total – 3 housemates total currently. Renovated lower level of Queenslander house, fully furnished house and room. Small, efficient bench-top kitchen with washing machine, dining room, large lounge. One large, shared bathroom and a separate shared toilet room. Internet (Wi-Fi), electricity, gas and water are included in the rent. Nice garden, with herbs for cooking or enjoying. This is a home, more than somewhere to stay, with house rules, a weekly cleaning roster, recycling and composting. We aim for a friendly, harmonious household. Not a party house. No smoking at this property. Street parking. Two friendly dogs in the yard, a Labrador and a Labrador/Greyhound/ Cattle dog cross, not permitted inside.
HOUSEMATES – you would be sharing with 2 other women, two Korean women initially, and then one Korean and one yet to be met, preferably mid 20’s/early 30’s, working and studying, quiet. 4 friendly people live separately upstairs. Inside washing machine is shared by all. Manger lives nearby for assistance if required.
FANTASTIC LOCATION – In Kangaroo Point near the corner of Bell and Rawlins streets. Close to everything; city, supermarket, 227 & 232 buses (at the end of the street) and the Gabba bus station, FREE City Hopper ferry, Coles, Pennisi (Latin America deli), breweries, gyms, parks with free BBQ’s and exercise stations, cafes, QUT, Southbank, the beautiful Brisbane River and the iconic Kangaroo Point clifftops (last photo).
