This area is just mins from the city! The Greenslopes bus station is just a stroll away. Within mins, you can get to the city and Southbank! This is great for traveling for workers or students!! The room is furnished as can be seen from the photo. The rent also include ALL bills and wifi internet. The room is also quite big, great for young couple to share!!
Note about the room:

*The room is for long term stay, minimum of 6 months, most of our tenants have been here for years.

*It is a shared house, hence consideration of others is important. Most of the other tenants are either full time workers or Uni students. Hence, the house is normally very quiet.

*The house doesn’t have carpet, smoke-free and pet-free to minimise any allergies tenants may have. The house is very clean, convenient and affordable.

*The price for a couple is $50 extra for the second person. The bond is $300 for the room.
