About this room

The room is the old garage that’s been converted so it’s quite large with space to put a couch and a TV or desk if you wanted. Wifi included. We’ll split elec and water bills. The rest of the house is fully furnished including a large fridge and washing machine. There is one shared bathroom.

Dakabin train station is a 15min walk away, Petrie station is the next stop southbound and the trains mostly run express to the city. There’s a Spar convenience store a block away and Woolies is a 5min drive. Quiet neighborhood with great neighbors.

Preference will be given to female applicants.

I have a dog and 5 chickens at the house so unfortunately we wouldn’t be able to take on any more pets.
