1 very spacious room for rent, walking to UQ, PA hospital, shopping centres, train stations, bus stops. 30 minutes walk, 10 minutes drive to Brisbane CBD, QUT, James Cook, … In a shared house with a total of 3 rooms and 2 toilets.

$210 per week (ALL BILLS INCLUDED).

We prefer male student because other tenants are male students. Long term rent of at least 6 months is expected.

Only 15 minutes walking to University of Queensland. About 25-30 minutes minutes walking to South Bank and then cross the bridge to QUT and CBD. Many bus stops are in front of the house and nearby and you can take a bus to Brisbane CBD in 15 minutes. Dutton Park and Fairfield train stations are in walking distance to go to anywhere in Brisbane by train. Walking distance to train going to Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast.

Shopping centre with Coles and Aldi is in walking distance as well. Brisbane river and many parks are only minutes walk away for everyday exercise.

The room has 2 windows so lot of natural light and cool. The house has well-cared garden and is surrounded by parklands.

The move in date can be now, but later date can be discussed.
