Hello new housemate….You have a choice of one or two bedrooms plus own main bathroom.
Im asking for $280 per week which includes all bills (price will vary slightly for two b’rooms), plus two weeks bond.
There is no internet.

Ceiling fans in both rooms.
Built in robes.
Own bathroom with full bath.
Unfurnished (pics show items in both rooms which will be removed).
Close to train station and shops.
I’m looking for a person who works full time. They must be honest, clean/tidy, respectful and non judgemental. You will get that in return.
I smoke (outside only) & am social but do like my privacy.
You must like cats as I have a 13 year old.
Available from 19th April 2024.
Minimum stay 3 months.
Would prefer age group from 26
